PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The rotary drum dryer belongs to the drying and heat treatment equipment, suitable for drying magnetic, heavy, and floating concentrates of metal and non-metal ores, clay in the cement industry, and coal slurry in the coal mining industry with certain humidity or particle size. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, and strong adaptability, and is a widely used drying machinery.

3、Excellent material selection: The cylinder body is made of steel material, which has high hardness, toughness, and is more wear-resistant; The transmission of large and small gears adopts pin column replaceable gears, with low investment cost. There are multiple lubrication methods for the supporting wheels, effectively extending the service life.
4、Less dust leakage: Good sealing performance, complete dust removal device, effectively reducing dust leakage; Reasonable operating parameters, effective utilization of thermal energy, reduction of coal and electricity consumption, and improvement of production capacity.
5、Large heat exchange area: The cylinder is equipped with lifting plates and guide plates with different angles and spacing, which can ensure that the dried material moves along the spiral direction under the action of gravity, maintaining sufficient residence time and sufficient dispersion inside the cylinder.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Using a self combustion device to generate heat, the wet material is fed into one end of the dryer and undergoes sufficient heat exchange with the hot air flow from the combustion chamber under the flipping of the inclined spiral plate. It then moves to the discharge valve at the other end of the dryer to discharge the finished product, thus completing the drying operation.
