PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Flotation machine is the abbreviation of flotation concentrator, which is often used for roughing or sweeping in flotation operations, it is the cost-effective one in the market self-priming slurry,self-breathing mining flotation equipment.

Internal Structure: It is mainly composed of impeller, cover, main shaft, center cylinder, groove body, scraper, motor and transmission device.

Advantages

1、Diverse features: Each tank has three functions of air suction, slurry suction and flotation, and the flotation efficiency is high; the forward-inclined tank body has fast foam movement speed and high processing efficiency.
2、Reasonable circulation: The backward inclined impeller has double-sided blades, and the slurry circulation is reasonable, which is conducive to the suspension of coarse minerals.
3、Large suction volume: The gap between the impeller and the cover plate is large, which can effectively reduce the influence on the air intake, and when the impeller rotates, the internal slurry circulation can play an auxiliary role in air intake.
4、Easy to operate: Ore slurry surface automatic control device, mechanical stirring, easy to adjust, horizontal configuration facilitates process changes.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The rotation of the impeller produces centrifugal action to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, sufficient air is inhaled to mix with the ore pulp, on the other hand, the ore pulp is stirred to mix with drugs, and the interaction between mineral particles and air bubbles is used to achieve the purpose of mineral separation.
