PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The roller sand making machine is also called roller crusher，it is a sand making machine with independent intellectual property rights in our group for many years，it has a variety of specifications and is suitable for medium crushing operations of ore and rocks below medium hardness，outstanding performance can meet the needs of sand making in many fields such as smelting and mine.

Scope of application: The double-roller sand making machine is widely used in the crushing and sand making of materials in gravel yards, construction, mining, water conservancy and other fields.
Internal Structure: It is mainly composed of roller, roller support bearing, tightness and adjustment device, and driving device.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The driving mechanism is composed of two electric motors, which are driven by a V-belt to the groove wheel and drag the roller to rotate in a relative direction,after the material enters the crushing chamber of the machine, it will be subjected to the meshing force of the rotating roller shaft, passing between the two rollers and being crushed by the roller shaft, starting to break,the small particles after breaking will be thrown out towards the bottom of the machine along the tangent line of the roller rotation through the gap between the two roller shafts,large particles exceeding the gap will continue to be broken into small particles and discharged.
