3. Production process of 500tph

Large stones are fed into the XGN-Z1513 hammer crusher for coarse crushing through the ZGCX1250 vibrating feeder.

After crushing, unqualified materials are transported by belt conveyor to the PF1320 impact crusher for secondary crushing.

Then, two YKZ2460 vibrating screens screen out stones that meet the particle size requirements, and those that do not meet the requirements are sent to the PF1320 impact crusher for re-crushing. The final finished product particle size is 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm.
