Large chunks of copper ore are uniformly sent to the jaw crusher or the coarse crushing moving station (primary breaking) through the silo by the vibrating feeder. After the coarse crushed copper ore is sifted by vibrating screen, the belt conveyor is sent to the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (second break) for breaking; The medium crushed copper ore material is sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing.
grinding
The 0-12mm copper powder sifted by the vibrating screen is uniformly sent to the grinding machine for grinding, and screened by the spiral classifier, and those that do not meet the requirements are sent to the grinding machine to continue grinding.
beneficiation
The copper powder that meets the requirements is sent to the flotation machine for mixed flotation, and then the obtained copper powder is sent to the dryer for drying to obtain copper fine powder.
