PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

X series gyratory crusher is a new generation of primary crushing equipment developed by our group for ultra-large mining and quarrying projects. It integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, intelligent control and other technologies，the crushing process is carried out continuously along the ring-shaped crushing cavity, which has the characteristics of high productivity and good crushing effect. It is a new type of coarse crushing equipment that can provide users with intelligent and super-capacity solutions.

Scope of application: Widely used in primary crushing of ores and rocks in mining, building materials, metallurgy and other fields.
Internal Structure: It is mainly composed of components such as beams, eccentric sleeves, spindles, upper and lower racks, and hydraulic cylinders.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Use the rotation movement of the crushed cone in the shell cone to squeeze, split, and bending materials to crush ore or rocks of various hardness, the crushing cavity is a circular space formed between the crushing cone and the fixed cone,at any moment, some materials are crushed, and the part of the part opposite it is discharged downward at the same time, which is a continuous working system.
