Case Introduction

The construction of this production line aims to transform the local abundant limestone resources into higher value sand and gravel products through the complete set of sand and gravel production equipment of Xingaonai Heavy Industry, to provide a stable supply of high-quality sand and gravel aggregates for mixing stations, and jointly promote the development of the construction industry. This project is a limestone crushing and sand making process, which is a typical process of most commercial sand and gravel aggregate processing systems at present, with simple process and less equipment configuration. The coarse crushing stage uses a limestone crushing tool-a heavy hammer crusher, and the medium crushing stage uses a light hammer crusher. The crushed aggregates enter the pre-screening workshop, and the aggregates that meet the specifications enter the vibrating screen for screening, and then are transported to the finished aggregate pile. The oversized aggregates return to the light hammer crusher for fine crushing again. The material specifications are: 24.13.12.05. Powdered sand.
