Case Introduction

This project is a construction project for a stone company in Wangcheng District, Changsha City, which was commissioned by Xingaonai to provide it with a full set of crushing and screening equipment. The goal is to improve the processing efficiency of bluestone, meet market demand, and improve the quality and added value of products. The surrounding areas of the company are rich in bluestone resources, which provides a strong resource guarantee for the construction and operation of the project. The bluestone crushing and processing production line project has a designed capacity of 300 tons per hour, and the finished materials are used for export. According to the user's capacity requirements, we configured it with ZGCX1238 feeder and XGN-Z1512 heavy hammer crusher. As for the screening equipment, since the customer needs five aggregate specifications of 5-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-4 and stone powder, we customized a 5-layer 2570 vibrating screen for it to meet its material requirements.
