Case Introduction

This complete stone production line includes feeding, coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing, screening, conveying and other links. First, the feeder conveys the raw materials to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Secondly, the coarsely crushed materials are sent to the heavy hammer crusher by the belt conveyor for medium crushing, and then conveyed to the intermediate silo, and then conveyed to the light hammer crusher for fine crushing and shaping. Finally, the finished products after fine crushing and shaping are processed by four vibrating screens to screen out 3 finished products of different specifications, namely 10-20mm stone, 20-30mm stone and stone powder.
