PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The apron feeder is a new type of high-efficiency conveying equipment independently developed by our group based on years of production experience and applying modern advanced technology，this equipment is mainly used under the silo and hopper with a certain silo pressure, evenly and continuously transport large-capacity materials to crushing, screening and transportation equipment in a short distance, it is especially suitable for feeding and short-distance conveying of coarse and crushed materials.

Scope of application: Plate feeders are widely used in the feeding and transportation links of mining, building materials, sand and gravel yards, mineral processing and other fields.
Internal Structure: It is mainly composed of rolling bearings, sprocket wheels, support rollers, hydraulic coupler, tightening devices and other parts.

4、Reasonable design: The structure of the traction chain is reasonable, which effectively improves the impact load capacity and can withstand large silo pressure；the main axis and sprocket wheels are connected with swelling sleeves and no keys, which is not only good, but also easy to disassemble and convenient maintenance.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The power of the motor (or hydraulic motor) drives the sprocket rotation through the coupling, reducer and other components, the spindle drives the conveying chain and the chain board to advance together, at this time, the material accumulated on the chain board moves forward with the chain board, under the action of plate -type feeders, it is continuously given.When working, the working part of the conveying chain is supported by the upper support wheel, and the back chain is supported by the bottom support wheel.
